Mary Ward is famously remembered saying ‘Women in time will come to do much’ – She said this in a time, where unfortunately as we know – this was not the common thought.
She prophesied the strength, ability, commitment, work ethic of women, and gave her first followers the confidence to grow as women.
For all the women out there today, no matter what walk of life we find ourselves in, we can be so thankful for people as such as Mary Ward, who paved the path that allowed for our successes and growth.
To all of the women in the staff of Loreto Beaufort, There is no limit to what we, can accomplish.
May we as educators pass this message on to our Loreto Students also, and allow the ladies of Loreto Beaufort shine as brightly as the stars they wish to be.
