Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are delighted to be able to announce that a talk from one of Ireland’s foremost business leaders Anne Heraty have been confirmed for Wednesday April 28th from 4 – 4.30pm. Annes talk shall be followed by a short Q&A session.
During Anne’s presentation, she will talk through her journey from her educational years in Longford to college in UCD to then building her own recruitment firm CPL Resources that Anne has both successfully floated on the Irish stock exchange and recently been acquired by Outsourcing Inc. Anne was awarded the Ernst and Young Businesswoman of the year in 2006 and has been one of the top 50 Woman in Business for a number of years.
Anne will also discuss being a board member of the Expert Group for Future Skills Needs (EGFSN) which assesses the skills required for the future needs of the workplace.
Due to on-going Government restrictions, the meeting will take place remotely, via the Zoom platform. Further Zoom details on how to attend this live talk will be shared at a later date.
We would ask all parents/guardians where possible to encourage their daughters to participate and attend this live talk.
