Our 6th Years had an informative morning engaging in 2 very different presentations.
We had a guest speaker from @NCIRL introducing us to their college and some of their courses. This is the first of many planned visits, from different colleges, over the next couple of months for the 6th Years.
They then had Mr Doyle, who introduced them to some theory and practice around managing feelings of anxiety. He shared some very practical techniques that all students could add to their toolkit.
