In YSI, our team have been working hard to raise awareness about the social issue of discrimination of woman in sport. Our innovation affects goal five, gender equality. It outlines the contribution of sport to achieve gender equality and empower all woman and girls. Sport can be a powerful platform for advocacy and awareness raising for gender equality. It can contribute to abolish all forms of discrimination against woman and girls. We want to help to replace discriminative norms that exclude woman and girls from sport. We are currently applying to YSI Den to help implement our ideas and plans. We also are contacting athletes and finding out if it would be possible to interview them.
