Debating

The Beaufort debating society is a great opportunity to meet new people, build confidence and improve public speaking skills. We organise in-house debates and also take part in many out-of-school competitions, such as Loretos, UCDs and Leinster debates. New debaters are taught by our dedicated coach, Ms Hogan, in addition to our experienced Senior debaters. The debating society meets in Room 5 every day except Wednesday. Everyone is welcome and please remember to bring your lunch.
