This is a specific resource for students entitled ‘Let’s Talk: Self-Care and Relaxation’. This resource gives students some practical strategies and suggestions for looking after their mental health and incorporating the 5-a-day into their self-care routine. It covers various relaxation techniques such as breathing and visualisation as well as considering the importance of self-compassion.

There are QR codes embedded within the resource which will take students to the 5-a-day animation, the breathing technique guide and to the Jigsaw website for further information.
