Stand Up Week
Last week we celebrated Stand Up Week in Beaufort. We kicked off Stand Up Week by raising awareness of the week through our posters and Wall of Fame and screening Heartstopper at lunchtime. We then had a bake sale on Thursday and raised €628 for the Transgender Equality Network Ireland (TENI). To draw the week to a close, we had our Beaufort Rainbow Day and a Lunchtime Rave. Well done to the students who won the Rainbow Lollipop competition and thank you to the fabulous TY Stand Up Week Committee. We had so much fun while embracing and affirming diversity, as we as a rooted, relevant and responsive Loreto school. Well done to all involved! 🌈🏳️🌈
