The AEN department understands that every student learns differently.
We aim to ensure that students who are identified as needing additional support:
- Receive appropriate tuition. This could be within the classroom context, within a selected group or on a one to one basis.
- Are assessed in a way or ways appropriate to their individual needs
- Are monitored and reassessed to establish their changing needs
- Are provided with all possible support as they need it throughout their time in the school.
The AEN Department work with parents, teachers, students and management to ensure our students needs are identified and met in a supportive environment. Our door is always open.
